Positive: Very friendly welcome. The flat is large and well equipped. Lots of snacks provided! Great base for visiting the islands as well as the city's main attractions. Near station and ferry port. Large park being renovated next door, so will be even better when that opens up.

Negative: Steep stairs to access, not a major issue though.
